Powercell

Year: 2025
Client: Helena Rubinstein

I worked on a commercial project for Helena Rubinstein at MNFST. Studio in London, exploring how to translate their new fragrance batch, Powercell, into a motion-based visual expression. The project focused on visualising the product containing 250 million samphire cells, leading me to research tactile particle movements, including physically shaking the bottle to understand how the CG particle system could behave.

This project was a study in balancing an elegant product presentation with an abstract visual concept. Working with high-end AI-generated references also taught me how to navigate very specific client expectations and the limitations of translating impossible imagery into something physically believable.
